On hold with optus

Hi, so since i have been on hold with Optus, I browsed the net, found someone's blog and decided to create my own. so here I am. I am thinking of making a site called optussucks.com because they are seriously screwing me over right now! They are charging me all these bullshit fees and when i go to call them im on hold for 1.5 hours. Anyway I am going to put in a complaint and these are my terms:

Product supplied is not "Fit for Purpose"; This is a Trade Practices Act requirement.
"Section 71 of the Trade Practices Act provides a warranty that goods are
'fit for purpose' and of 'merchantable quality'. "
I Ordered bundled deal of phone + DSL Purely for purpose of broadband
Did not have a phone line in the first place.
Broadband was NEVER delivered despite countless calls over months
Service not delivered in a resonable amount of time AND still not delivered.

anyway the guy i was talking to was acting like such a dickhead. he ended up hanging up on me
and he wanted to charge me $99 to cancel my phone! when the only reason i got the phone line is to get the internet! and i dont even use a phone at home i only use my mobile. I dont even HAVE a phone.

Anyway... I shall continue to hold...
